The location is AMAZING. It is right in the centre of everything! Our twin room was quiet with blackout curtains. Beds were super comfy. I could not have asked for more for the price.
The kettle in the room DIDN'T work. It would have been useful .

the staff were cute i found the location good because it was central.
my room felt quite basic a stain marked the duvet cover the toilet made a loud noise when flushed also the shower drained poorly the shower pan filled up quickly i had to leave via the fire escape because i was leaving before 10 am and exit through the pub was not allowed.

The staff members were very cute upon my arrival. This hotel's location is great. It's right in the centre of town. I found it convenient for accessing everything I needed (shops, restaurants, sights etc.).
I noticed the toilet made quite a loud noise after flushing. I could also hear the people in the next room very clearly, a bit disruptive. It would be beneficial to improve soundproofing in the rooms.
